IN SEASON OFF ICE HOCKEY TRAINING

Why not prepare for the upcoming season with a Strength and Conditioning Coach who has been there?

  • Roger Takahashi spent close to 20 years in the NHL as a Director of Strength and Conditioning and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach.

  • He has attended the NHL Combine since 2003 and knows the physical requirements of the game at the pro level

  • He has helped organize and administer countless Development Camps and Main training camps at the NHL level so he knows what the expectations are heading into September

  • He was also a Strength Coach at the Junior A level in the BCHL so he is familiar with the expectations at the Junior Hockey level

What to expect

  • If you purchase the '4 PACK'

    • One session per week for four weeks

    • One hour per session

    • Two to four players in your group

    • $50 per session purchased in a one month package

  • If you purchase the '8 PACK'

    • Two sessions per week for four weeks

    • One hour per session

    • Two to four players in your group

    • $40 per session purchased in a one month package

  • Sessions will cover:

    • Preparation - mobility, dynamic warm up, neurological warm up

    • Power / explosiveness

    • Agility and first step quickness

    • Core stability and rotational power

    • Conditioning

Prerequisites

  • Must be at least 14 years old by the start date of the program

  • Physician's clearance to perform physical training
